1.) If you have placed an order at any time in the last 2 years

2.) If you haven't placed an order on Netlens in the last 2 years:
OK, then we ask you to place a completely new order directly on our product pages here. Consult your previous order confirmation email from us, check your prescription, or look at your lens boxes to determine the model and strengths you need to order. Once this first new order is made, you will then be able to repeat your orders as easily as before. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about how to proceed or need assistance with placing your new order.
