The Fine Print...
We are Footway Group AB, registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office under registration number 556818-4047, Box 1292, 164 29 Kista, Sweden. Our headquarters are located at Victoria Tower outside Stockholm. When you shop with us or use our services, apps, and websites, Swedish law applies along with the following terms and conditions. These terms are important for both you and us because they describe what we expect from each other and provide you with useful information. We keep these user terms updated and make changes from time to time, so remember to check before you shop, as the latest version applies. If you need assistance with anything, you are always welcome to contact us.
To shop with us, you must be at least 16 years old and be authorized to use any of the payment methods we accept. The purchase must be made in your name. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We then perform a routine pre-authorization to check if the payment is approved. An agreement is then created based on these terms. You may have the option to cancel your order for a short period after it has been submitted. If we have already packed your order, it is no longer possible. In that case, you will need to return your order and place a new one. All orders are subject to availability. But don't worry; if there are any issues with an order, we will contact you. In rare cases, we may have to deny or cancel an order, or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – for example, if we suspect something suspicious is happening with an order or an account. Our payment options may vary depending on the country in which you are shopping. When paying with a debit or credit card, the purchase price will be reserved on your card at the time of order ("authorization"). The actual charge on your card will occur when we ship the products to you.
In Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, you can pay with Klarna. When you pay with Klarna Invoice, you can shop securely, easily, and do not need to pay until you have received your goods. The payment term is 30 days from when we ship your products, and you can make partial payments if you create a Klarna account. There is no invoice fee for ordering with an invoice. If you forget to pay, a statutory reminder fee and default interest, as stated in the terms for each payment method, will apply. A credit check is performed at the time of purchase, which in some cases involves obtaining a credit report. You will receive a copy of the credit report by mail. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable legislation, and Klarna processes personal data for customer analysis, identification, credit checks, and marketing. Prices and Product Descriptions
There is a lot going on at Footway's headquarters, and sometimes we may post an incorrect price or describe a product incorrectly. If we discover an error related to any of the products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm your order again (at the correct price) or cancel it. Depending on the delivery method and delivery address you choose, there may be a delivery fee. Any fees will be clearly displayed at checkout and included in the total amount. Prices include VAT.
At Footway, we work hard to meet all delivery times, but sometimes delays can occur – for example, due to delays with the shipping company, logistical problems, or bad weather. Delivery is carried out by the shipping provider specified at checkout and includes any return shipping. Any shipping costs may vary but are displayed before purchase at checkout. We will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your shipment with a tracking number. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation, please check your spam filter, as email messages may be accidentally placed there. You are always welcome to contact us if there are any problems or if you have any questions. In order to offer fast delivery, we have all products for sale in stock.
Returns and Refunds
Do you want to return an item you don't want? We understand that sometimes a product simply doesn't work for you, and you want a refund. Don't worry, as long as the products are in their original condition, we can accept returns, subject to the rules below. If you return within 365 days after receiving them, we will refund the full amount for the products to the original payment method. We strive to refund you within 14 days after receiving the return. After that? We cannot accept returns of unwanted goods after the return timeframe mentioned above has passed. If you attempt to make a late return, we may send the products back to you and ask you to cover the shipping costs. Original Condition, Of course, you can try the products as you would in a store, but please do not use the products. If they are returned to us damaged, used, or in an inappropriate condition, you risk not receiving a full refund, and we may need to send them back to you (and ask you to cover the shipping costs). All products are inspected upon return. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (where possible).
Reasonable. Use If we notice an unusual pattern of returns that doesn't seem right, for example, if we suspect someone is actually using their purchases and then returning them, or ordering and returning large quantities of goods – much, much more than even the most loyal Footway customer would order – we may need to close the account and other accounts associated with it. If this happens to you and you believe we have made a mistake, please contact us so we can discuss the situation with you.
Right of Withdrawal. The law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal. You do not need to provide a reason, but when you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to contact us. We will refund within 14 days after receiving the products. If you return the products after the 14 days, you will receive a refund for the products up to 365 days after the purchase. Please note that the products should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. If you wish, you can use a withdrawal form as follows:

From time to time, we may provide you with offer codes that you can use to reduce the price of selected products. You enter the code at checkout before completing your purchase. Each offer code has its own terms, which will be described when you receive it (e.g., which products it applies to, whether it can be used once/multiple times, when it can be used, etc.). Offer codes cannot be combined with other offers. If you receive a unique offer code intended for you personally, please keep it confidential and do not let anyone else use or exploit it. If we believe an offer code has been used incorrectly in any way (e.g., sold or shared with others), we may cancel it and/or freeze your account, or even close the account without notifying you.
Your Personal Information
What You Must Not Do... We know it's obvious, but you must not abuse or manipulate our websites, apps, or other services ("Websites") (e.g., upload viruses or other harmful technical materials or perform overload attacks or similar) or otherwise disrupt our technology or functionality or steal our or our customers' data. If you do any of this, it may be a criminal offense, but it can also prevent us from providing our loyal Footway customers with the best possible service, so we take these types of incidents very seriously. Footway will report any such violation or activity (and provide all information about the individuals involved) to relevant law enforcement authorities. You must also not... use automatic systems or software to extract data from our websites, known as scraping.

Intellectual Property, Software, and Content
Footway owns or is licensed to use all intellectual property on its websites. All such rights are reserved. You have the right to store, print, and display content from our websites for personal use only. You do not have the right to use any part of the website for commercial purposes unless you have our explicit permission to do so. Links to this website. You are welcome to link to Footway as long as it is done in a way that does not harm or take advantage of our reputation. Please do not link to the website in a way that implies any form of approval or recommendation by Footway where none exists.
Do You Have Complaints or Do You Need to Talk to Us?
Sometimes things can go wrong, and you may want to contact us. If so, we appreciate it if you contact us at Storesupport-SE@footway.com. We do not send a written confirmation of your message, but we will respond to your feedback as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. We have the right to change, remove, or modify our products, services, and/or any optional part of the website (including our user terms) at any time. Our terms are subject to Swedish law. Guarantees All products you buy from us are covered by a warranty that the product is or does what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. In addition, a manufacturer's warranty applies to certain products.

You provide Footway Group AB (reg. no. 556818-4047), a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use photos that you have responded #Yes to, hereinafter referred to as "photo," in our marketing and/or advertising, including in the gallery on the website, social media, newsletters, email, and other customer communication and other marketing purposes. You certify that you own all rights to your photos and have the consent of any person appearing in your photos to give away your rights. You certify that the use of your photos by Footway Group AB does not violate or infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate any law. If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have parental consent. Additionally, you hereby release Footway Group AB from any obligations to compensate you for the use of your photos.
