Proclear is a family of contact lenses from CooperVision available with both daily and monthly replacement schedules. The range includes spherical lenses, toric lenses for astigmatism and multifocal lenses for presbyopia. Proclear lenses use PC Technology™, while material, optical design and replacement schedule vary between the individual products.
Proclear contact lenses for different vision needs
The Proclear range includes lenses for several types of vision correction. Proclear 1 Day provides a daily disposable option for spherical prescriptions, while Proclear is a reusable monthly spherical lens. Proclear Toric is designed for astigmatism, and Proclear Multifocal and Proclear 1 Day Multifocal are designed for people with presbyopia who need correction at more than one distance.

PC Technology in Proclear lenses
Proclear lenses use CooperVision's PC Technology™, which is designed to help the lens material retain moisture and resist dehydration during wear. The exact material and optical design differ between Proclear models, so specifications should be checked for the individual product rather than assumed to apply across the entire range.
Some Proclear models also use lens-specific optical designs. Proclear Toric uses a toric design to provide correction for astigmatism, while Proclear Multifocal products use multifocal optical designs for presbyopia.
Daily and monthly Proclear contact lenses
Proclear lenses are available with different replacement schedules. Proclear 1 Day and Proclear 1 Day Multifocal are daily disposable contact lenses that are discarded after use and do not require cleaning or storage.
Reusable Proclear lenses, including Proclear, Proclear Toric and Proclear Multifocal, have monthly replacement schedules and should be removed, cleaned, disinfected and stored according to the instructions for the specific lens and care product. You can also explore our monthly contact lenses.
Choosing and reordering Proclear contact lenses
When reordering Proclear contact lenses, use the same lens model and prescription parameters recommended for you by your optician or eye care professional. Depending on the lens type, these parameters can include power, base curve, diameter, cylinder, axis and addition.
Matching prescription values alone does not necessarily mean that one Proclear lens can be substituted for another. Material, optical design, fit, replacement schedule and available prescription parameters vary between Proclear products.
