REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange an item, place a new order and return the other product for a refund.

CLAIM

Do you need to claim a product? Send an email to store@netlens.com Attach a picture along with your order number and a brief description, and we will help you further.

RETURN

We offer you 365 days of free returns. The product must be in its original condition.

  • Package the goods in suitable packaging, preferably the one you received the product in.
  • Attach the return label on the outside of the package. No return form is necessary as the information we need is on the sticker.
  • Leave the return with the carrier specified on the return label. See specific instructions for the carrier below.
  • When we have received your return, we will refund you. It may take up to 10 business days before your return is registered.
