Netlens.com is a brand operated by Netlens Europe AB (company registration number 559488-9478), which is the legal seller of the products on this website.

We collaborate with our logistics partner Footway Oaas, which manages warehousing, delivery, and customer service on behalf of Netlens Europe AB.

Claims

Need to file a claim for a defective product? Please email support@footway.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Preferably a photo of the product

Claims are handled by Footway Oaas on behalf of Netlens Europe AB, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returns

We offer 365 days of free returns. Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and unmarked. Only sealed lens boxes are eligible for return.

Please follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging
  • Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  • No return form is required — all necessary information is included on the label
  • Drop off the package with the carrier specified on the return label

Once your return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days after the return has been registered.
