4. Ordering and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

A binding agreement is entered into once your order has been confirmed and dispatched by Netlens Europe AB.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or technical errors.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown including VAT.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country and may include:

Payment is processed securely via encrypted connections and handled according to the security standards of the respective payment providers.

If a pricing or product description error occurs, we will contact you and offer the option to confirm or cancel the order.

6. Delivery and Logistics

Delivery is made using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed before purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external circumstances beyond our control.

Warehousing, delivery, returns, and customer service are handled by our logistics partner Footway OaaS, acting as a service provider on behalf of Netlens Europe AB.

Footway OaaS processes personal data only as a data processor in accordance with our instructions.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU 14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods
  • The goods must be returned within 14 days after notification

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned goods or proof of return.

Return shipping costs may apply in accordance with applicable law.

7.2 Extended 365-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 365-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition

For hygiene reasons, opened contact lens boxes cannot be returned.

Refunds are made to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and approved.

8. Complaints and Defective Products

If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact customer service at support@footway.com.

Complaints are handled by Footway OaaS on behalf of Netlens Europe AB in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes:

  • Are personal
  • Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
  • May be withdrawn in case of misuse

We reserve the right to cancel orders or deactivate accounts in case of suspected abuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, trademarks, and design elements, is owned by or used with permission by Netlens Europe AB.

13. Contact Lenses and Prescription Responsibility

Contact lenses are medical devices and should be used according to a valid prescription issued by a licensed optician or eye care professional.

By placing an order for contact lenses on Netlens.com, the customer confirms that they have a valid prescription and that the parameters selected when ordering correspond to their prescription.

Netlens Europe AB does not verify individual prescriptions and relies on the customer’s confirmation when completing a purchase.

All contact lenses sold on Netlens.com are CE-marked medical devices approved for sale within the European Union.
