Netlens Europe AB is the legal seller of all products offered on this website.

Warehousing, delivery, returns, and customer service are handled by our logistics partner Footway Oaas, acting as a service provider on behalf of Netlens Europe AB. Netlens Europe AB remains fully responsible for the contractual relationship with the customer.

2. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and meet all estimated delivery times. However, delivery times are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, logistical disruptions, customs handling, or adverse weather conditions.

Delivery is carried out by the shipping provider shown at checkout.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
