MyDay is a family of daily disposable contact lenses from CooperVision. The range includes MyDay Daily Disposable for spherical vision correction and MyDay Toric for astigmatism. All MyDay lenses in the range are designed for single-day use and are discarded after removal.

MyDay contact lenses for different vision needs

MyDay Daily Disposable is designed for people who are short-sighted or long-sighted, while MyDay Toric provides additional cylinder and axis correction for astigmatism.

MyDay material and lens technologies

MyDay Daily Disposable and MyDay Toric are made from stenfilcon A silicone hydrogel and use Aquaform® Technology. The optical design differs between the two lens types.

MyDay Daily Disposable uses an Aberration Neutralising System™ within its spherical optical design, while MyDay Toric uses Optimised Toric Lens Geometry™ for astigmatism correction. Specifications should therefore be checked for the individual lens rather than assumed to apply in the same way across the entire MyDay range.

Daily disposable MyDay contact lenses

MyDay lenses are daily disposable contact lenses. A fresh pair is used for each new day of wear and the lenses are discarded after removal. They do not require cleaning, disinfection or overnight storage.

Both MyDay Daily Disposable and MyDay Toric have a daily replacement schedule and are designed for daily wear. Always follow the wearing instructions for the specific lens model and the recommendations from your optician or eye care professional.

Choosing and reordering MyDay contact lenses

When reordering MyDay contact lenses, use the same lens model and prescription parameters recommended for you by your optician or eye care professional. Depending on the lens type, these parameters can include power, base curve, diameter, cylinder and axis.

Matching prescription values alone does not necessarily mean that MyDay Daily Disposable and MyDay Toric can be substituted for one another, as their optical designs and available prescription parameters differ.
