How to order your contact lenses online

Do you need a prescription?

Contact lenses are medical devices and should always be used according to a valid prescription from an optician or eye care professional.

When ordering from Netlens, you do not need to upload your prescription. However, it is important that you know which lenses and parameters are suitable for your eyes. By placing an order, you confirm that the lenses you select match your prescription.

If you are unsure which lenses are right for you, we recommend contacting your optician before ordering.

The Order Process

Use the search icon (magnifying glass) at the top of the page and enter the full or partial name of your lenses. Press “Enter” and select the correct product from the list that appears.

Once you click on the product, you will be asked to enter the parameters for your lenses based on your prescription.

Lens Parameters

When ordering contact lenses, you will typically need to provide the following values:

  • Strength (SPH)
    This indicates the corrective power needed for each eye. A minus (–) value corrects nearsightedness (myopia), while a plus (+) value corrects farsightedness (hyperopia).
  • Base Curve (BC)
    This describes the curvature of the lens. You can usually find this value on your current lens packaging or on your prescription.
  • Diameter (DIA)
    The diameter describes the width of the lens and is also listed on your packaging or prescription.

Additional Parameters for Toric Lenses

  • Cylinder (CYL)
    The level of astigmatism correction required.
  • Axis
    The orientation of the astigmatism correction, measured in degrees.

These values can typically be found on your prescription or on your current lens packaging.

Prices

All prices displayed on Netlens.com include VAT. The only additional cost that may apply is the shipping fee shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the specific lens model ordered. Some lenses are available directly from our warehouse, while others are ordered from the manufacturer.

More detailed delivery information is available on each product page. If you order multiple different products, the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.

Delivery Information

If you live in an apartment with a mail slot narrower than 5 cm, the carrier may not be able to deliver the package directly to your door. In that case, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest pickup point and you will receive a notification.

Returns

You have a 365-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the packaging must remain unopened and in its original condition.

Returns are free of charge regardless of the reason. Please contact our customer support before sending any items back so we can assist you with the return process.
