How to order at Netlens
Use your current lens box or contact lens prescription as your reference. The process is the same whether your two eyes have matching or different values.
Step 1
Step 1: Find the contact lens you already use
Look at the full product name on your current lens box and search for the same product at Netlens.
Check the complete model name. Products in the same family can have different versions, such as standard, Toric or Multifocal.
Does your optician use another product name?

Step 2: Enter your contact lens values
On the product page, enter the values from your contact lens prescription or current lens packaging.
Fill in the information separately for your right and left eye. It is completely normal for the values to be different.

Step 3: Choose how many boxes you need
The pack size refers to the number of individual contact lenses in the box – not pairs.
Choose the number of boxes you want for each eye.

Step 4: Check your choices
Before adding the lenses to your cart, check:
- Correct contact lens model
- Correct version, such as Toric or Multifocal
- Correct right-eye values
- Correct left-eye values
- Correct number of boxes
If your exact CYL, AX, ADD or another value is not available, do not simply select the nearest value.

Before completing payment, you can review your order, available delivery option, shipping cost and total price.
Box quantities
How many boxes do I need?
The number printed on the pack is the number of individual contact lenses in that box, not pairs. Select a box quantity for each eye.
30 daily lenses
30 lenses can provide up to 30 daily wearing occasions for one eye when one new lens is used each day.
90 daily lenses
90 lenses can provide up to 90 daily wearing occasions for one eye when one new lens is used each day.
6 monthly lenses
A six-pack contains six individual lenses for one eye. When the specific lens is replaced monthly, this corresponds to six replacement periods for that eye.
Always follow the wearing and replacement schedule for your exact contact lens model and the advice from your optician or eye care professional.
Right and left eye
What if my right and left eye have different values?
That is completely normal.
If both eyes use the same contact lens model, enter the values for each eye separately on the same product page.
Two lens models
What if I use different lens models in each eye?
If your right and left eye use different contact lens models, add the first product with the correct values and quantity, then find and add the second lens model separately.
Important
Use your contact lens prescription – not your glasses prescription
Contact lens and glasses prescriptions are not interchangeable.
If you are unsure which contact lens model or values you should use, check with your optician before ordering.

Do I need to upload my prescription?
No. Netlens does not require you to upload your prescription when ordering, but you should use the exact contact lens model and values fitted or recommended for you.
Can I use my glasses prescription?
No. A glasses prescription should not be used to select contact lenses.
Where do I find SPH, CYL, AX, ADD, BC and DIA?
These values are normally shown on your contact lens packaging and/or contact lens prescription.
What if my right and left eye have different values?
Enter the values separately for each eye.
What if I use different contact lens models in each eye?
Add each lens model separately with the correct values.
Why can't I select BC or DIA?
Some contact lens models only have one fixed base curve or diameter, so there is no value for you to choose.
My optician's lens has another name – what do I do?
